The following terms and conditions govern the use and implementation of We Defend Charities products, services, and recommenations, including those on the wedefendcharities.org website.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the website, requesting or receiving products or services, or implementing recommendations. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any products nor services.

Service Availability

These services are available only to US non-profit entities with IRS approved 501(c)(3) status. You agree that you shall not use these services if you are not a non-profit entity with IRS approved 501(c)(3) status, or if you are a non-profit entity that was organized or operates outside of the United States of America.

Limitation of Liability

We Defend Charities provides all products, services, and recommendations free of charge. Given this, in no event will We Defend Charities, its volunteers, its directors, nor vendor partners be liable for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; (iii) business operation or financial impacts due to security products, services, or recommendations. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Defend Charities, its volunteers, its directors, and any vendor providing products from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, products, services, and recommendationsincluding but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

As We Defend Charities asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by wedefendcharities.org violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify We Defend Charities in accordance with We Defend Charities. We Defend Charities will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.

Changes

We Defend Charities reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is our responsibiliy to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Webiste, products, services, or recommendations constitutes acceptance of those changes. We Defend Charities may also, in the future, offer new products, services, or recommendations through the Website. Such new items shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
